  • For the sauce:
  • 2 tbsp *Sake
  • 2 tbsp *Hon-mirin
  • 3 tbsp *Soy sauce
  • 1 Shiso leaves
  • 1 Shredded nori seaweed
  • 1 Toasted white sesame seeds
  • 1 Wasabi

    Step 1
  • Add the sake and hon-mirin to a small pot and bring to a boil to burn off the alcohol. Allow to cool.

  • Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stem of the shiso leaves and mince.
