  • 1 28 ounce can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cup cooked rice, can be white or brown
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cup cooked black beans
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Step 1
  • In a pan on medium heat, cook turkey until cooked through.
  • Step 2
  • Add turkey and all other ingredients, except cheese, into a large bowl to mix thoroughly. Then transfer to a casserole dish.
