  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cup water
  • 2 can octopus
  • 1 can squid (optional)
  • 1 cup baby (salad) shrimp [optional]
  • 1 envelope sazon
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

How to Make Rice and Octopus

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Rice and Octopus in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In pot empty the octopus and squid and the garlic and fry them for about a minute or 2.
  • Step 2
  • Add the water and sazon. Stir and let it boil in med high.
  • Step 3
  • After a minute of boiling add the rice and baby shrimp to the water. Stir.
  • Step 4
  • Boil uncovered until the water is almost unseen. Turn heat to low. Cover with top.
  • Step 5
  • In about 10 to 15 mins the rice will be done.
