  • 2 cups pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

How to Make Rice Cooker Mac & Cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Rice Cooker Mac & Cheese in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place the first 3 ingredients in the rice cooker and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Open the lid, add the milk and cheese, stir to combine, close the lid and cook for an additional 20 minutes. (25 if you want it to have a crust on the bottom)
  • Step 3
  • *Rice cookers can cook at different heats so make sure to check on the mac n cheese after it cooks fir 30 minutes once or twice.
  • Step 4
  • Serve
  • Step 5
  • *Optional- You can also add a cup of finely chopped broccoli, caulifower, carrots, butternut squash or frozen peas. Do so in Step #2
