  • 1 Egg
  • 1 slice Ham
  • 2 tbsp Melting cheese
  • 1 dash Black pepper

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Rice Paper Galette in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat your frying pan. Soak the rice paper in water and, once softened, put a bit of vegetable oil in the pan and set the rice paper on top.
  • Step 2
  • Quickly top with the ham and crumble the cheese on top. Crack the egg on top of the ingredients, cover with a lid, and cook until the egg is as firm as you like. (If you add a tablespoon of water, it will steam faster.)
  • Step 3
  • Remove the lid, turn the heat to high. Once the rice paper is crispy, sprinkle with black pepper, and fold the corners of the paper.
  • Step 4
  • Serve while hot.
