  • 2 C warm water
  • 2 carrots; peeled & grated
  • 2 t cumin
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch kosher salt and black pepper

  • Heat butter and oil in a medium sized, oven safe saucepot. Heat water to a simmer in a different pot.
