  • 50 grams Edamame (net weight)
  • 150 grams Silken tofu (no need to drain the water)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 1/2 grams Powdered gelatin

How to Make Rich & Smooth Edamame Tofu

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Rich & Smooth Edamame Tofu in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil the edamame (thaw if frozen). Remove the beans from the pods.
  • Step 2
  • Mix the tofu and edamame in a blender (or food processor) until smooth.
  • Step 3
  • Dissolve the gelatin and salt in milk, then add to Step 2 and mix well.
  • Step 4
  • Transfer to a serving dish and cool in the refrigerator to stiffen.
