  • 6 Chicken wing drumettes - the large end of the wing
  • 1/2 Daikon radish
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 Green beans
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 Green onion or scallion
  • 50 ml Soy sauce
  • 50 ml Sake
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 100 ml Water

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Rich Simmered Chicken Wing Drumettes, Daikon Radish and Eggs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Peel the daikon radish and cut into 2-3 cm thick rounds, make a shallow criss-cross cut in one side of each slice and parboil them. Thinly slice the ginger without peeling.
  • Step 2
  • Brown the wing drumettes and daikon radish. (They don't need to be cooked through.) Oil is not necessary for frying, as there will be oil from the chicken skin.
