  • 4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup arborio rice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 clove garlic minced
  • 1 Hawaiian salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup white onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper chopped

How to Make risotto

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make risotto in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • prepare veggies
  • Step 2
  • heat skillet on medium and add olive oil
  • Step 3
  • add prepared veggies and stir 3 or 4 minutes
  • Step 4
  • add garlic and stir for one minute
  • Step 5
  • add arborio rice and stir till evenly coated in oil and reduce heat to medium low
  • Step 6
  • add white wine and stir till absorbed
  • Step 7
  • add half cups of chicken a half cup at a time until rice begins to become tender
  • Step 8
  • add paprika, thyme and Hawaiian salt
  • Step 9
  • continue adding chicken broth till desired tenderness is reached
