  • 1 bulb garlic; peeled
  • 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 1 yellow or red onion; medium dice
  • 3 stalks celery; small dice
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese; grated
  • 1 lb butter; diced
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 vegetable oil to coat

How to Make Roasted & Smashed Fingerling Potatoes
