  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 lb Broccoli florets
  • 1/2 each onion
  • 3 tbsp bacon grease
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

How to Make Roasted Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, and Onions

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Roasted Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, and Onions in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Step 2
  • Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any brown leaves. Cut off florets from stalk, but keep size the same as the sprouts. Cut onion into medium size chunks.
  • Step 3
  • Mix all veggies in a bowl with the bacon grease, and spices.
  • Step 4
  • Spread them out on sheet pan and roast for 30 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Shake the pan from time to time to brown the sprouts evenly and serve immediately.
