  • 8 whole cloves of garlic
  • 3 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp tarragon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Roasted chicken thighs in your home by yourself.

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Step 2
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients together except tomatoes.

  • Transfer to large roasting pan.
