  • 4 lb Full Chicken
  • Adobo
  • Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • Chicken Broth
  • Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Olivie Oil

How to Make Roasted Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Roasted Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Allow chicken to come to room temp for about 20 minutes, after rinsing and emptying. Pre heat oven to 425
  • Step 2
  • Season chicken (be sure to get the wings and legs) spread garlic on top and rub seasoning and garlic in. Drizzle with olive oil
  • Step 3
  • Put 1/2 cup of chicken broth on pan, put rack above brother and place chicken on rack. (Chicken should not be touching the broth)
  • Step 4
  • While cooking bast the chicken every 15 minutes to keep moist (add more brother to pan as it cooks up), cook for 2 hours or until fully cooked.
