  • 16 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 packages fresh mozzarella
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 bunch shredded mozzarella
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 1 packages fresh basil

How to Make Roasted Garlic & Cheese Pasta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 13 steps you must follow to make Roasted Garlic & Cheese Pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Step 2
  • Cut the bottom end of garlic bulb off, wrap in foil, an place in oven for 15-20 minutes.

  • Add the garlic, drained beef, half the Parmesan cheese, and ricotta cheese to the pasta and stir to incorporate.
  • Step 11
  • Add pasta mixture to a casserole dish and top with fresh mozzarella slices, basil leaves, and Roma tomatoes, finishing it all of with the remaining Parmesan cheese a sprinkling of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Step 12
  • Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
  • Step 13
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
