Ingredients: Roasted Garlic & Parmesan Cauliflower

  • 3 clove Garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large head cauliflower, separated into florets and cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Parsley flakes

How to Make Roasted Garlic & Parmesan Cauliflower

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Roasted Garlic & Parmesan Cauliflower in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oven to 400°F. Put garlic and olive oil into a a bowl and heat in microwave for 15-20 seconds. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Place cauliflower slices in a foil-lined baking sheet and drizzle with oil and garlic mixture . Add parsley, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss to coat and add more olive oil and cheese if needed.
  • Step 3
  • Roast cauliflower, turning every 10 or 15 minutes, until the edges are nicely browned. Serve hot as a side dish.
