  • 3 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Step 2
  • In a large bowl, mix Brussel Sprouts with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper until well combined.

  • Pour onto baking sheet, spreading evenly. Sprinkle garlic powder on top.
  • Step 4
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Take out and flip over. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

  • Bake an additional 10 minutes. Take out and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake for another 2 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
