  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 reed peppers
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 salt to taste

    Step 1
  • preheat the oven to 500°F
  • Step 2
  • place the peppers in a bake dish
  • Step 3
  • bake them 8 to 10 minutes ,turn them and bake 8more minutes from the other side
  • Step 4
  • after cook and brown take them from oven ,place them inside of a plastic closed bag (this will help to peel them more easily)
  • Step 5
  • after 10 minutes take them from the bag and peel them
  • Step 6
  • slice the peppers and the onion
  • Step 7
  • add the olive oil ,vinegar and salt
  • Step 8
  • (can be done on barbecue)
