  • 1 lb chick peas
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 6 clove fresh garlic
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 pinch sumac
  • 6 whole wheat pita bread
