  • 1/2 stick butter softened
  • 12 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese chunks

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Roasted Vegetables in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit
  • Step 2
  • slice the onion and celery
  • Step 3
  • Line a pie pan with butter. Add vegetables. Carrots beans, celery, now season with half the salt and pepper. Add mushrooms the other half of salt and pepper. then the other half stick of butter. Spread out over the mushrooms add onion slices and cheese chunks
  • Step 4
  • Bake covered 40 minutes or till tender.
