  • 1/2 kabocha or butternut squash (800 g or 1 3/4 lb)
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

  • This is the size of my half piece of kabocha squash, about 800 g.
