  • 1 dozen Eggs
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp English Mustard
  • 24 dash Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Make Robin's Devilled Eggs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Robin's Devilled Eggs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Hardboil eggs and let cool before removing shell. I tend to hardboil a few extra since some crack or end up splitting when removing the shell.
  • Step 2
  • Cut all eggs in half vertically so that both halves are even. Place all yolks in a bowl and place egg whites in a devilled egg holder.
  • Step 3
  • Using a fork, smash all yolks until fine crumbles.
  • Step 4
  • Add mayonnaise, English mustard, salt & pepper to yolks and continue smashing and whipping with fork until smooth.
  • Step 5
  • Add yolk mixture to a piping bag or just using a teaspoon, fill each egg white with the yolk mixture.
  • Step 6
  • Sprinkle each egg with a dash of paprika. Chill and serve.
