  • 1 bottle burgandy wine

  • 1 packages chicken thighs skin removed (you may use one whole chicken cut up also)
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch (or a little more)

  • add chicken to a large pot

  • let thicken for a few minutes..if you would like it thicker repeat the last step till it thickens up a bit..season with salt to taste
  • Step 9
  • serve over white rice with lots of the broth
  • Step 10
  • **the chicken will be a deep burgundy color because of the wine but it is absolutely delicious!
