    Step 1
  • Wash 3 outer leaves of cabbage. Even if you rip them at this point it's ok since you'll be rolling them later.

  • Step 6
  • Lay the cured ham slices on the cabbage leaves, and roll them up as tightly as you can, so that the cut edges will be nice and pretty.
  • Step 7
  • Cut up the rolls and line them up on a serving plate. Drizzle some more ○ or ☆ on top to taste to finish.
