  • 2 cup Sushi rice
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Avacado
  • 1 lb Salmon fillet
  • 1 Wasabi sauce
  • 4 Sushi wraps
  • 1 cup Rice vinegar

How to Make Rolled sushi

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Rolled sushi in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Make sushi rice (see recipe)
  • Step 2
  • Slice avacado, cucumber, and salmon into thin slices about 4 inches in length.
  • Step 3
  • Spread 1/2 cup of sushi rice onto seaweed wrap. Dip your fingers or your spoon in the rice vinegar to keep the rice from sticking.
  • Step 4
  • Lay enough of the fillings on the rice to spread from one side to the other.
  • Step 5
  • Roll tightly with either a bamboo mat or with just your hands.
