  • 2 lb bag long grain rice
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 can Campbell's brocolli and cheese
  • 1 bag chicken tenderloins
  • 1 pkg sazon
  • 3 leaves dry rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • A.1. dry rub seasoning
  • A few sliced carrots
  • paprika

How to Make Rosemary Chicken & Rice w/ Broccoli and Cheese Sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Rosemary Chicken & Rice w/ Broccoli and Cheese Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a medium saucepan bring rice and coconut oil to boil.
  • Step 2
  • Once rice is boiling, turn to medium low heat and cover. Let simmer for 15 mins.
  • Step 3
  • Open can of Campbell's Brocolli and Cheese soup and pour into a saucepan. Let simmer on medium low heat
  • Step 4
  • Season tenderloins with sazon, salt, pepper, nutmeg, dry rosemary and A.1. dry rub seasoning. (Season to your likeness)
  • Step 5
  • Place sliced carrots and tenderloins in a large fry pan on high heat until fully cooked.
  • Step 6
  • Place rice down first, sliced chicken across the top of rice. Drizzle the broccoli and cheese sauce, and garnish with paprika. Serve and Enjoy!!
