  • this is low in fat and is low in sodium, but bursting with flavor
  • 4 chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 2 onions ( after i cleaned the onion i put it in the pan whole, i did not slice it)
  • 3 dash of rosemary leaves over each chicken breast.
  • 2 dash coriander powder over each chicken breast
  • 2 chopped garlic clove
  • 1 dash zatar seasoning over each chicken breast

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 11 steps you must follow to make rosemary chicken with peppers and onions in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • in a glass baking dish put the chicken in it. I used the frozen skinless boneless chicken breast.
  • Step 2
  • add the seasonings to the chicken
  • Step 3
  • add the onions and the garlic
  • Step 4
  • add The sliced bell pepper
  • Step 5
  • cover with aluminum foil and put in oven
  • Step 6
  • cook at 220°F Celsius for 30 minutes covered
  • Step 7
  • note: I did not grease pan. the chicken will cook and makes its own juices in the glass backing pan.
  • Step 8
  • take aluminum foil off the chicken
  • Step 9
  • take a spoon and spoon the chicken juices over the chicken
  • Step 10
  • put back in oven and cook uncovered for 30 minutes. checking every 10 minutes while cooking and spooning the chicken juices over chicken.
  • Step 11
  • the chicken I used was thick. if you use thin chicken breast you will then need to adjust your baking time.
