  • 10 small Red Potatoes (quartered)
  • 1 large White Onion (wedged)
  • 2 bunch Fresh Rosemary (no stem)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Season Salt
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1 Pam nonstick spray

How to Make Rosemary Roasted Potatoes & Onions

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Rosemary Roasted Potatoes & Onions in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
  • Quarter and wedge potatoes and onions
  • Step 3
  • Drizzle olive oil over top and add additional seasonings
  • Step 4
  • Toss around in bowl until fully coated with seasonings and oil
  • Step 5
  • Coat 8x8 pan with pam nonstick spray. Place seasoned potatoes and onions in nonstick 8x8 pan.
  • Step 6
  • Cover pan with aluminum foil. Put into 350°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes
  • Step 7
  • After 20 to 30 min @ 350, remove pan and remove foil. Ramp up oven to 425°F.
  • Step 8
  • Replace uncovered pan of potatoes and onions into 425 oven. Roast for additional 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Step 9
  • Remove from oven and enjoy!
