  • 1 box Melissa's Organic Tofu
  • Small handfull of Basil
  • 50 oz Organic Vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp Real Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Jalapeno powder
  • 1 box Organic Rotini

How to Make Rotini and Cheese (Lactose intollerant friendly)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Rotini and Cheese (Lactose intollerant friendly) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Bring water to a boil. Boil Rotini for 8 minutes until al dente. Remove from heat, and drain. Set aside
  • Step 2
  • In separate pan, add tofu. Scramble until lightly browned and moisture is cooked out. Set aside.
  • Step 3
  • In bigger pan, heat vegetable stock, earth balance butter, basil, daiya cheese, jalapeno, habanero, real lemon, and garlic and tofu until boiling. Then add Rotini
  • Step 4
