    Step 1
  • Place the cream in a bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
  • Step 2
  • Add the sugar, rum, vanilla and mascarpone and beat on medium high speed until it forms soft peaks.
  • Step 3
  • *If you overwhip the cream and it looks curdled, just add a little more cream and whip it until it forms soft peaks.*
  • Step 4
