  • 250 ml Basmati rice
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 1 Water

How to Make Saffron Basmati Rice

    Step 1
  • Put the basmati rice and water in a rice cooker and cook as usual.
  • Step 2
  • Heat the saffron in the microwave on low for 1 minute. Add 1 tablespoon of hot water to bring out the color.
  • Step 3
  • Mix the cooked rice well and pour the saffron liquid around the edges.
  • Step 4
  • Use a spoon to mix in one place to make saffron rice.
  • Step 5
  • When the yellow has become evenly distributed, mix the saffron rice into the white parts.

  • Transfer to a plate and it's done. Pack into a bowl and flip over.
