  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb salami, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 large eggs

How to Make Salami Lasagna

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Salami Lasagna in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • Step 2
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with salami and onions. Remove from heat. Drain off the excess fat.
  • Step 3
  • In a large bowl, add 3/4 of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, and eggs.
  • Step 4
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Step 5
  • Start with about a cup of the sauce on the bottom of baking dish and place a layer of noodles on top.
  • Step 6
  • Evenly add half of meat mixture then spread a layer of cheese mixture.
  • Step 7
  • Repeat with another layer of sauce, noodles, meat, and cheese.
  • Step 8
  • Add another layer of sauce and noodles. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
  • Step 9
  • Bake uncovered, until cooked through and golden brown on top, about 60 minutes.
  • Step 10
  • Let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
