  • 2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 packages Saltine Crackers
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Black Pepper
  • tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 packages Your Choice Gravy Mix or Homemade
  • 1 small Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper, Chopped

How to Make Salisbury Steak

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Salisbury Steak in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large bowl Mix all ingredients except for gravy mix, onions and peppers.
  • Step 2
  • Shape mixture into round patties.
  • Step 3
  • Fry the patties in a pan, with onions and peppers, flipping once, until done.
  • Step 4
  • While the patties are cooking. Cook the gravy in a separate pot. Follow the package directions.
  • Step 5
  • As the patties r done, remove from pan. Drain grease and clean the pan. Return patties to pan and top with the gravy, onions, and peppers.
