Ingredients: Salmon & Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 bag egg noodles
  • 1 family can of cream of chicken soup
  • 21 oz canned salmon (drained)
  • 1 head fresh broccoli
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup your choice cheese
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
  • Bread crumbs (if you like them)

How to Make Salmon & Broccoli Casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Salmon & Broccoli Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Warm oven to 350°
  • Step 2
  • Cook noodles (if you can multitask continue to step 3)
  • Step 3
  • Chop broccoli into bite size pieces
  • Step 4
  • Mix soup, salmon, broccoli, sour cream, 1/2 cup cheese into pot (Cook until broccoli is soft, stir often)
  • Step 5
  • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to soup to your liking
  • Step 6
  • Once everything is cooked mix soup and noodles into medium sized baking pan. (Stir to spread everything evenly)
  • Step 7
  • Spread the rest of the cheese (and bread crumbs) over top of casserole
  • Step 8
  • Bake until the casserole is bubbling 20ish minutes(depending on your liking, i baked mine about 40 minutes)
  • Step 9
  • Let cool. BON APETIT! :)
