  • 150 grams Salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp White wine or sake
  • 250 ml Quinoa
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 Onion (large) (minced)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 7 Mushrooms (thinly sliced)
  • 3 bunches Spinach (roughly chopped)
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper

How to Make Salmon & Spinach Quinoa (Gluten-Free)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Salmon & Spinach Quinoa (Gluten-Free) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Salt and pepper the salmon and sprinkle with white wine or sake.
  • Step 2
  • Wash all the vegetables and cut.
  • Step 3
  • Put the quinoa and 500 ml of water into a pot. Turn on the heat and bring to a boil.
  • Step 4
  • Lay the salmon on top of the quinoa, cover and turn down the heat to low. Cook until the liquid is gone, for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • While the quinoa is cooking, add olive oil to a frying pan. Heat the oil and add the onion and garlic. Stir-fry for around 2 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Then add the mushrooms and stir-fry. Finally, add the spinach and stir-fry until it wilts.
  • Step 7
  • Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, and then turn off the heat.
  • Step 8
  • When the quinoa is done cooking, remove it from heat. Discard the salmon skin. Flake the salmon flesh with a fork and mix into the quinoa.
  • Step 9
  • Add the stir-fried vegetables to the quinoa and mix. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Step 10
  • Serve with love and gratitude!
