Ingredients: Salmon Casserole

  • 8 salmon fillets
  • 880 grams Small potatoes
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Curry powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cup Water
  • Optional - celery

How to Make Salmon Casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Salmon Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven at 200 C
  • Step 2
  • Cut the salmon into 6-8 pieces
  • Step 3
  • Cut the small potatoes, skinless or not however you like it. I like to cut it like this.
  • Step 4
  • Slice the onions and add to the salmon
  • Step 5
  • Add all the spices to the salmon as well as the olive oil and the salt (to taste)
  • Step 6
  • Now for the messy part..... Add the tomato paste and using your hand mix the tomato paste all around until all is blended.
  • Step 7
  • Add the water (and celery if used)
  • Step 8
  • In the preheated oven, put the salmon into the oven and let it cook for about 15-20 mins, with regular checking so that it doesn't burn
  • Step 9
  • When out of the oven.... You can serve with rice or just eat it like that without anything.... It's absolutely delicious and will leave you very full 😋😋😋
