  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 3 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

  • Add reserved reduced sauce to pan salmon was cooked in, add cream and cook until desired thickness, 5- 10 minutes, add chives, and hot sauce pour sauce over salmon
  • Step 5
  • Great served with crusty bread for dipping in the sauce!
