  • salmon fingers
  • 1 salmon steak
  • 1 spray olive oil
  • 1 garlic salt
  • dill sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp butter or margerine
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 mix ingredients in small saucepan. Stir on medium heat to make sauce.

How to Make Salmon fingers

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Salmon fingers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with aerosol olive oil.
  • Step 2
  • Remove skin if present. Cut salmon steak into ~ 1" x 3" (2cm x 6cm) strips and arrange on baking sheet
  • Step 3
  • If desired dribble dill sauce over salmon fingers
  • Step 4
  • Sprinkle salmon fingers with garlic salt
  • Step 5
  • Place under broiler set to high for 5 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Remove baking sheet and turn salmon fingers. Repeat steps 3-5.
