  • 2 onions

  • 1 tsp. dill
  • Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 lime (or lemon)
  • Salt and pepper

  • Shape into fish cakes and coat with flower
  • Step 10
  • Heat the oil and fry over a moderate heat
  • Step 11
  • Turn once when browned
