  • 1 piece Cooked salmon (salmon flakes are OK)
  • 1 stalk Japanese leek
  • 4 to 5 stalks Green onion or scallion
  • 360 ml uncooked Plain cooked rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Dashi stock granules
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

    Step 1
  • Finely break up the salmon. Chop up the leek and green onion.
  • Step 2
  • Add the eggs to the rice. Microwave the rice first if it's cold.
