Ingredients: Salmon Meunière with Balsamic Sauce

  • 3 slice Raw salmon
  • 1 Vegetables (use your favourite ones)
  • 1 Plain flour
  • 1 Butter
  • 3 tbsp total White wine
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Salt and pepper

How to Make Salmon Meunière with Balsamic Sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Salmon Meunière with Balsamic Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and coat with flour on both sides of the salmon. Cut the vegetables (I used zucchini and bell peppers!)
  • Step 2
  • Heat butter in a pan, and fry the salmon. In the open space, add the vegetables sprinkled with salt and pepper. When the salmon is cooked, add 2 tablespoons of white wine and evaporate.
  • Step 3
  • After cooking the salmon and vegetables, remove from the pan. In the same pan, pour in the remaining 1 tablespoon of white wine, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Simmer to make the sauce.
  • Step 4
  • Serve them onto a plate, and it's done.
