  • 2 slice salmon
  • dash Salt
  • 1 packages Noodle (small package for 1 serving)
  • dash Green onion (garnish)
  • 100 ml chicken beef broth or vegetable broth
  • dash paprika

How to Make Salmon noodle soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Salmon noodle soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut salmon in thin slice (with skin on)
  • Step 2
  • Rub salt on salmon
  • Step 3
  • Place salmon on ceramic plate. Put in oven 300°C for about 4 minutes. Remove from oven as soon as the salmon is cooked. (There will be some juice on plate.) Set salmon aside after cooked.
  • Step 4
  • Cook noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Drain noodles and put in bowl.
  • Step 6
  • Boil broth and add into the bowl of noodles.
  • Step 7
  • Place salmon and spring onion on noodles. Sprinkle paprika on.
