  • 1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 3 tbl. Mayo
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbs. Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. each Salt and Pepper

  • Heat oil in frypan on med.high heat.
  • Step 2
  • Remove large bones and skin from Salmon.
