Ingredients: SALMON SALAD

  • 1 (14.75oz ) can salmon drained
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro Avocado yogurt dressing (I used Bolthouse Farms)
  • 2 tbsp sriracha mayo
  • 2 Small clove garlic, minced
  • 4 Drained oil - packed sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 6 pitted manzanilla olives, finely chopped
  • 3 Green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 salt and freshly ground black pepper (pinch )
  • 2 ripe but firm avocado, halved,pit removed
  • 2 tbsp Almonds toasted (optional )


If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make SALMON SALAD in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, combine salmon, dressing, mayo,garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, green onions and vinegar mix. Add a little water to adjust texture, if necessary. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
  • Spoon salmon salad into avocado halves, sprinkle with toasted almonds, if desired, and serve.
