  • 1 large Salmon
  • 1 bunch Dill
  • 1 large Lemon and an onion sliced
  • Lemon juice and garlic salt
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Light mayo
  • Horseradish
  • Fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion

How to Make Salmon with Dill and Horseradish Sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Salmon with Dill and Horseradish Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Set oven 400°F , wash your fish, sprinkle garlic salt, pepper , put some fresh dill on greased baking dish/ tray , then place your fish skin down ( if has it) then squeeze lemon all over the salmon. Slice lemon, and onions , cover the fish with it, cover with aluminum paper, transfer into oven . Cook until fish gets flaky when you insert a fork . About 30 mints, take off the aluminum foil and turn on broil for about 10 mins, until onions and lemons turn their color
  • Step 2
  • Prepare sauce ; mix chopped onions , horseradish , mayo and sour cream , add dill. If you like add few drops of lime juice . Serve with it
