  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp chopped chilli
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped
  • 2 tbsp spring/green onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 chunks of ham or whatever meat desired
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite cheese, grated
  • 2 dash paprika

How to Make Salsa and ham Spanish omlette

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Salsa and ham Spanish omlette in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine tomato, onion, cilantro, spring onion and chilli in a bowl. Squeeze juice from the lime over mixture, add vinegar and oil then fold in avocado to make your salsa.
  • Step 2
  • Whisk eggs and milk in seperate bowl. Pour into a hot, greased frying pan. Let cook for 30 seconds. Turn on grill to high.
  • Step 3
  • Add salsa to eggs, dolopping over eggs but dont mix. Add ham and cover full omlette with grated cheese. Cook a further 3 minutes
  • Step 4
  • Sprinkle paprika over cheese and place frying pan under grill to cook top and melt cheese (approx 2 min)
