  • 1 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 tsp ground toasted cumin
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp dried Mexican oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 vegetable oil; as needed
  • 1 salt

  • Toss chicken in enough oil to cover. Season.
