  • boil tomatoes until soft
  • Step 2
  • peel and chop onion
  • Step 3
  • remove stem from jalepenos leave seeds
  • Step 4
  • in food processor combine tomatoe onion and jalepenos blend
  • Step 5
  • add cilantro,black pepper,olive oil,chili powder, garlic. blend again
  • Step 6
  • place salsa in container and let sit for 1hr to enhance flavor. for more kick add a few serrano peppers to your liking. use to top tacos and any of your favorite foods!
