  • 90 grams Cake flour
  • 4 grams Salt
  • 20 grams Vegetable oil
  • 20 grams Water

  • Preheat the oven to 180℃.

  • Step 4
  • Roll out the dough to a 5 mm thickness with a rolling pin. Cut into desired sizes. Sprinkle the salt (rock salt) on top.
  • Step 5
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes and they are done. Let them cool.
