  • 250 grams flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 kg Minced meat
  • Onions
  • Pepper and any meat spice
  • Cooking oil

How to Make Samosas

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Samosas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put flour in a bowl and add some salt to taste. Mix them
  • Step 2
  • Add a tablespoon of oil and add water sparingly while mixing till it forms a dough. Let it sit for 30 minutes
  • Step 3
  • Put a pan in medium heat. Put oil, add onions till brown. Add other spices
  • Step 4
  • Add minced meat and stir till it cooks. Do this for about 15 mins
  • Step 5
  • After it cooks, let it cool a little. Start making small doughs and roll then into thin round chapatis
  • Step 6
  • Warm the chapatis in medium heat for about 10 seconds just to make them stable when folding samosas
  • Step 7
  • Cut the chapati into half, make a corn and add the minced meat. Make a paste mixture of water and floor and use it as glue, to hold and seal the corn
  • Step 8
  • After sealing all cones, put some oil in a pan for deep frying. Ensure that the heat is low
  • Step 9
  • Put the samosas in the oil and cook for a few minutes
  • Step 10
  • Serve with tea. Enjoy!
