  • 2 lb ground beef.i used 93%lean,7%fat
  • 10 clove garlic,peeled n minced
  • 1 large onion,chopped.
  • 2 can @10 3/4 oz.tomato soup
  • 1 can 14.5 oz.no salt added diced tomatoes
  • 1 jar 7.3oz.sliced mushrooms,drained
  • 1 tsp onion powder n garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fresh basil n oregano,chopped
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 packet off splenda
  • 12 oz bag steamfresh frozen corn
  • 14 1/2 oz whole grain elbow macaroni noodles,cooked n drained

How to Make Sarah's goulash

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Sarah's goulash in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • in a large skillet brown beef.once browned add garlic,onion,tomato soup, diced tomatoes, mushrooms,and seasonings.simmer for 30 min.
  • Step 2
  • steam corn in microwave as directed on bag. add to your sauce.
  • Step 3
  • boil noodles as directed on box,drain,don't rinse.
  • Step 4
  • once your sauce is done simmering.transfer noodles to a large mixing bowl.add your sauce to the noodles,and mix well.
  • Step 5
  • serve.garnish with Parmesan cheese, and enjoy.
